The goal of Investigation Continuing, LLC is to educate Law Enforcement professionals on the challenges they will be facing in this modern age of policing through courses designed to be taught at police training academies across the country. With twenty years of service in the Baltimore City Police Department, Founder T.C. McGowan has the knowledge, understanding and expertise to train your new recruits and sworn personnel in all facets of Law Enforcement. Having served as an Officer in all areas of the City of Baltimore, a Detective investigating burglaries, robberies, aggravated assaults, non-fatal shootings, child abuse and sex offense cases, and a Sergeant leading multiple squads in the Patrol Division, T.C. has literally worked every corner in one of the most violent cities in America. He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Criminal Justice at YTI Career Institute in Lancaster, PA, as well as a former certified MPCTC Instructor with the skills to not only educate, but to make learning fun.
